While the water boils, Marcello puts two teaspoons of instant coffee into his mug then one and a half teaspoons of sugar. He goes towards the fridge, going for the milk. Putting milk into the mug, he hears a click as the jug has finished boiling the water. After putting the milk back, the young man grabs the jug and pours the water in, stirring the drink after. A yawn could be heard heading coming into the kitchen. Marcello looks behind him to see who it is and smiles.
"Morning," he says grabbing his mug and blowing on the drink to cool it down before taking a sip.

Good Morning How are you this morning

"Pretty good, yourself?" Marcello took a sip, making a quick slurping sound.

I'm good just tired. Glad it's Saturday so the kids can sleep in a little while longer

"I know that feel. I have some cousins that are a lot younger than me and, boy, can they be exhausting." He goes to take another sip but stops just as the mug is about to touch his lips. "Unless you were talking about the fact that they should rest up and all that jazz but either way," Marcello raises his mug. "You know."

Smiles and grabs me a cup of coffee as well*

"So," he begins, "is there anything that needs to be done?"

Ummm at the moment no unless u want to cook breakfast for everyone laughs*

Marcello laughed with her.
"Mean, like, sure. I don't mind." He said with a smile. "The first thing to come to mind is pancakes. Seeing as I'm still new, I don't exactly know where everything is."
Marcello laugh once more.

Everything you need for pancakes is in the kitchen in the pantry and fridge. the bowls are in the cabinet above the stove and the pots and pans are in the cabinet below the stove the utensials are in the top draw

"Awesome, thank you."
And so the man proceeded to make pancakes. Marcello was quite quick on his feet and so he had mixed everything together in no time, then he began to put the mix into a pan to cook it.

Watches as he cooks as I sip my coffee

"This is a big place you've got." Marcello tried to make conversation. "It's hard to imagine how you keep the place clean. Do you hire people or do you do it yourself?"
Pancake one is ready to flip. He flips it and presses down on it with the spatula.

Ms. Womzie
*walk in, from the barn* "Good morning."

Marcello notices Ms.Womzie.
"Oh, good morning!"
Pancake one is ready. He quickly puts it on a plate and then turns the stove down a little bit. Marcello walks over to Ms.Womzie, wiping his hands on the apron he had put on before he started making pancakes. Once reaching a nice distance, Marcello extends his hand.
"Hi, hello. I apologize, I didn't get to introduce myself properly last time. I'm Marcello, I'll be living here as a helping hand." He flicks her a smile.

"Hi" *smile softly, extend hand to him*

"I'm making some pancakes if you want some." Marcello walks back over to the pan and turns the stove back up, then putting the next pancake into the pan.

"Sure. Thanks!" *look around, wondering if any of the kids are around, because I think they should get first dibs*

"Seems like they're all sleeping in."
The pancake is ready to be flipped. Marcello does and then turns his head around to look at both Ms Womzie and Ms China.
"There should be plenty to go around."

Ms. Womzie
"Kevin's actually up, but he didn't want to come inside yet." *take a pancake*
Kevin
*smell breakfast cooking, go inside*

By the time Kevin comes in, Marcello has made a decent amount of pancakes to go around.
"Hey, kid." He continued cooking.

Sees ms womizie and Kevin I say good morning to them both

Kevin
"Hi." *help myself to some pancakes*

Jenny
*come downstairs*

Dallas walks into the kitchen, attracted by the smell of pancakes. He goes upto Marcello to be a bit nosy.
"Hey, kid, wassup?" Marcello asked him as his space grew slightly smaller suddenly.
"I'm hungry," the boy replied.
"Well, there are some ready so you can just go ahead and grab one, kay?"
"Wicked."
The boy quickly grabbed a pancake and then went hunting for the maple syrup. After not knowing where it is, Dallas stops his search to ask.
"Do we have any maple syrup?"

"Good morning, everyone!"
Kevin
"Good morning Jenny, hi Dallas"
Ms. Womzie
"Good morning."

"Morning." Dallas gave everyone a quick side smile as he proceeded to find the maple syrup. "Does anyone know where it is?"

*grabs the syrup out the cabinet* here it is

Kevin
*look at Dallas* "Syrup is a good idea. May I use it, when you're done?"
Jenny
*notice Marcello making pancakes* "Thanks for making pancakes." *take one*

Dallas looked at Kevin as he reached for the syrup.
"Of course." He looked to Ms China. "Thank you."
The boy put the syrup on his pancake, making a squiggle with on. Once he was done, he handed it to Kevin.
"Here you go."
Marcello put a smile on for the girl.
"You're welcome. Enjoy!"

"Thanks." *put syrup on pancakes* "Want some Jenny?"
Jenny
"No thanks." *start eating*
Jackson
*get dressed, dress Amber, lead her downstairs*
Amber
*hop down each step*

Dallas sits down near Kevin and starts eating his pancake. His face lights up.
"Pretty good." He says under his breath.
"I've made enough for everyone to have seconds!" Marcello states.

"Amber, want to sit be me?"
Amber
*smile, climb into chair next to Jenny's*
Jackson
*glare at Jenny*
Jenny
*gulp, nervous*
Kevin
*whispering* "Ignore him. You we're being nice."
Ms. Womzie
*give Jenny's a reassuring smile*
Jackson
*point to the pile of pancakes, may we have some*
Lily
*get up and head downstairs*
Snowflake
*follow*
Samuel
*wake up, but spend some time alone with Sally, before getting up*

Marcello looks at Jackson and smiles.
"Of course, you can!"
The man finished making the last few pancakes, making some extras in case someone wanted a snack. After turning off the stove, he looks over to Dallas.
"Hey, Dallas - "
Marcello paused. He saw Dallas scoffing his face, filling his cheeks as if he were a chipmunk as a bit of syrup slowly began to drop out of his mouth. As Dallas was about to shove another fork load in his mouth, he stopped. The two of them stared at each other, making no noise and no movement. That was until Marcello broke down laughing. The man held his stomach as he slowly crouched to the ground, laughing his head off.
"Oh my gosh, that was priceless." He took a moment, laughing, before he could get up. "Make sure, you don't choke, okay? That wouldn't be good."
He straightened himself up before continuing. Marcello tried to make sure he was at least a bit more professional.
"Anyway, once your finished, how about you help me clean up, ay, kid?"
Dallas took a moment, he hadn't moved the whole time. He chewed a bit more before nodding. This moment broke Marcello, again, and he went back down laughing.

*sit on knees, so I can just barely see over the table*
Jenny
*look at Amber, concerned, try to remember how she was able to reach over the table last time*
Jackson
*set a plate down, in front of Amber, and in front of the seat next to her, go and get a chair booster seat, pick her up, put the booster seat in the chair, set her down in it, sit down next to her*
Lily
*look at the pile of pancakes, scared to ask if I can have some*
Kevin and Jenny
*wonder what Marcello is laughing at, notice Dallas, join in the laughter*
Ms. Womzie
*giggle, notice Lily* "You may take some if you want."
Amber
*wonder what's so funny*
Lily
*start getting some pancakes*
Samuel
*head downstairs*
Alison
*feeding Andrew, notice that it sounds like everyone else is downstairs*

When Kevin and Jenny joined in with the laughing, Dallas's face flushed embarrassment and his cheeks were bright red. He didn't let it bother him too much. Dallas found it nice that they were smiling. The boy swallowed the rest of the food in his mouth. After finishing off his pancake, he waits to make sure that every had grabbed one and then grabbed his seconds.
After tidying up his mess a tiny bit, Marcello grabbed a pancake for himself.
"Anyone got anything exciting planned for the day?" The man asked.

*feel bad when Dallas blushes*

"Me and Alison were going to try to ride Ben and Dancer western style. Apparently they've only ever been ridden english before."
Samuel
"Lily, want to work on our project, after breakfast?"
Lily
*nod*
Jenny
"I was hoping that Amber would like to play with me today."
Amber
*look at Jenny in excitment*
Jackson
*glare at Jenny*
Amber
*look down, sadly*
Ms. Womzie
*sternly* "Jackson, Jenny is very nice."
Alison
*put Andrew in his crib, and head downstairs*

"Oh, sounds exciting." Marcello said to Kevin. "Might come and watch if you guys don't mind. Haven't gotta the chance to go and check them out."

Kevin
"Okay. Alison, when do you want to try the western tack on your horses?"
Alison
"Um... anytime when Andrew's asleep."
Jackson
"I don't care how nice she is. Amber will play with me and Horsie today, like always."
Ms. Womzie
"Like always is boring. Jackson what do you have against making friends with other kids?"
Jackson
"It's too risky. They might hurt her."

"You can play with us."
Jackson
"Maybe."

Dallas didn't know whether he should add onto the conversation so he just finished his pancake quickly so that he could start tidying up.

Kids are allowed to make friends her Jackson. It’s Safe. Amber can play with Jenny if she would like too. It’s all under supervision of adults in the house.

"Just because you're adults, does not make you trustworthy."

Well Jackson Here it’s different. The adults here are trustworthy and we will make sure that all children that stay here are safe. We love you all and want the best for you
