If I were you I would just try to get a lawyer and try to explain that you don't want Jenny around her mom and tell why and have that lawyer send Jenny mom lawyer something and keep all conversations and contact thru each other's lawyers while you try to get complete custody over Jenny so that her mom won't be able to. I mean she kinda can't do anything because when she came here while you were in the hospital you know I have complete custody over each child here so really until I release custody her mom can't do anything anyway the Judge would see she is in a much better place with me then her mom so and I wouldn't ever release custody to her mom anyway
