Jackson
"Okay Ms. Womzie. I'm ready to talk."

Ms. Womzie
"Good."

Ms. Womzie and Jackson
*go into room and shut door*

Ms. Womzie
"Jackson, do you have any idea what you want to do when you grow up, career wise?"

Jackson
"No."

Ms. Womzie
"So you have no idea if school is important for you or not."

Jackson
"Maybe."

Ms. Womzie
"If you end up in a career in which education is not important, having and education won't do any harm. If you decided later that you want a career that does require an education, then it might be too late to start trying. Right now it's not, so trying in school would be kind of like a safety procedure."

Jackson
"You might be right about that. Thanks."

Ms. Womzie
"You're welcome. So are you going to start trying?"

Jackson
"Probably. Is that all?"

Ms. Womzie
"For now, yes."
