Ms. Womzie
"I figured that much. I was hoping she might feel better about the idea of defending herself against him if she threatened him first." *pause* "What did you do to punish him?"

Jenny
"If you're defending yourself, it's not mean to hurt him because you kind of had too."

Amber
"Or I can just let him hurt me and not hurt him. Horsie says that that's what I should do."

Jenny
*shocked* "I thought Horsie wanted you to stick up for yourself."

Amber
"He does, but he thinks I'll end up getting hurt worse if I defend myself from Jackson. He also doesn't want me to become mean like him."

He got a spanking. He has done soooo many things that he should have been got one but I was trying to be nice and patient but what he basically just did was sexual abuse and I do not take that lightly at all

Ms. Womzie
"Well I guess he deserved that." *surprised because I normally don't believe in corporal punishment* "Does he understand how wrong that is?"

I explained it to him I even tried to ask him if someone did that to him would he like it he said no then I said so Amber doesn't like it either and he should not do it to someone else if he would not want it done to him self but then this boy said Amber belongs to him and he can do it to her so she can be put in line or something I don't know he just don't understand anything

No not really he was just concerned about why is it different and why can't he do whatever he wanted to Amber like his mom used to let him do and blah blah blah I just continued trying my best to explain it to him and after he finally said he gets why it's wrong I went ahead and spanked him and told him he better not do nothing bad to Amber or anyone else again

I don't know I hope so.
I threatend him to make him scared too
He thinks abuse and fear makes Amber obey and respect him so I said well if that's the only way you think will make some one obey and respect you then he can meet my mean and scary side because my nice side is out of ideas. I think that's gonna make him think before he does things

Ms. Womzie
*feel bad that she's using fear and intimidation to control him, but wonder if there's any other way with him*

There's really no other way with him to be honest. I am very nice to him considering everything that he has done. Jackson is the type of person that you have to keep a tight hold on so that he knows his place and what he is and isn't allowed to do. I do not bribe children I do not give in to what they feel they should get with certain things. Ambers safety is not something I play around with or any of these other kids either. Safety is a number one priority for me and it will always be. Jackson continues to push those boundaries he will not continue to get away with it
When I try to explain to him why a lot of the things he does is wrong he argues with me and won't take ANY advice I give him AT ALL all he does is say because I am giving him and amber rules and I actually take care of them like they should be taken care apparently I'm ruining their lives Jackson liked it when he was living with his abusive. Mother and he liked that he was allowed to control Amber he thought it would be that way forever so he says since I'm changing all of that I'm ruining both of them. Well I'm not going to put up with that behavior anymore I'm done with all that he is going to start to listen and respect me

Ms. Womzie
"I should probably start disciplining him more too."

Jenny
"Um... will you be okay cuddling with Horsie for a little while. I just thought of something that I have to go do."

Amber
"Yes."

Jenny
*go look for Ms. China, see her talking to Ms. Womzie, and start waiting for them to be done*

"Amber says that Horsie does not want her to defend herself against Jackson because he thinks that it's mean and that she'll just end up getting hurt worse if she does. How do I convince her that Horsie has changed his mind about that?"

Honestly I don't know I already tried telling her that defending herself isn't mean and if she does just enough to make Jackson get away from her so she can run to me or ms womzie then we will be able to further protect her she just don't want to do it. So I guess you will just have to try to convince her that horsie wants her to be safe and if ms womzie or I can protect her then she should do anything she has to to get to one of us
